The game itself lasts about 60 minutes, but you should plan for around 90 minutes total to allow time for check-in, briefing, and post-game wrap-up.

Our pricing is simple and transparent — no hidden fees, no surprises. Rates are based on the number of players in your group, so you only pay for who’s actually playing. To reserve your adventure, we require just a $29 refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due on the day of your game.

We have a 2-player minimum charge: • Weekdays: $99 minimum • Weekends (Friday–Sunday): $139 minimum

After the minimum, pricing adjusts based on your final group size, $30/per person. Groups of 8-12 save $20. Groups of 12+ save $40.

Not sure how many people will attend? No problem. You can easily update your group size anytime using the View/Change button in your confirmation email, and we’ll adjust your total at check-in so you’re only charged for who shows up (plus any last-minute additions).

This flexible pricing makes it easy to plan team building events, birthday parties, and group outings without stress — just book, show up, and enjoy your adventure.

Yes. Reservations are first come, first served and can be scheduled 3 hours to 3 months in advance. Many requests outside of these windows can be accommodated by emailing reactor@reactescaperooms.com or calling 860-370-5415.

Yes. All experiences are 100% private, meaning your group will never be paired with strangers.

Most rooms accommodate small to medium groups, while larger events can be split across multiple rooms. REACT regularly hosts large groups and team events.

REACT is an all-ages experience. While puzzles are designed primarily for older kids and adults, younger players are welcome to participate.

No. While some experiences are immersive and atmospheric, they are designed to be adventurous rather than frightening.

Game Masters (Reactors) monitor your progress and can provide hints when needed, ensuring the experience stays fun and engaging.

Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended, as you may be moving, bending, and exploring throughout the experience.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the escape rooms, but can be enjoyed in designated areas such as event spaces if reserved.
